How do I place an order?
To place an order:
1. Browse our online catalog and select your item and quantity.
2. Call or text 919-441-8470 to confirm availability and schedule delivery or pickup.
Note: From October through March, availability changes daily. Online orders must be verified before processing, and seasoned firewood may be limited.
How does firewood pickup and delivery work?
Pick-Up Information
- Available during regular business hours.
- Bags can be loaded directly into a truck bed or trailer. Please notify us when you are on the way to ensure someone is available to assist you.
- Self-service is available for wheelbarrow orders.
Delivery Options
- Local delivery can be arranged for a fee based on mileage.
- Free delivery is available for full-cord firewood purchases within a 10-mile radius of Synergy Tree and Firewood.
- Please note that firewood deliveries will be dumped, not delivered in bags.

What is kiln dried firewood?
Kiln dried firewood is wood that has been dried in a kiln to reduce its moisture content. This process results in higher efficiency, better burning performance, and less smoke than traditional firewood.

We use cords as our primary unit measurement instead of weight because weight can very greatly depending on wood density and the amount of drying. Below is a breakdown of our cord measurements:
