Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. BULK MATERIALS (FIREWOOD & SCREENED MULCH)

• Delivery Area: We provide commercial dump truck delivery throughout Wake County and surrounding areas in North Carolina. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your distance from our facility.

• Drop Zone Requirements: Bulk firewood and screened mulch are strictly dropped at the curb or on a hard, flat driveway surface. Our heavy commercial trucks will not drive onto grass, unpaved yards, or dirt roads due to the extreme risk of property damage, cracked pipes, and stuck vehicles.

• Site Clearance: The delivery area must have at least 15 feet of vertical clearance, free from low-hanging power lines, tree branches, or roof overhangs.

• Delivery Window: Once your bulk order is placed, our team will coordinate a delivery date. While we provide a specific delivery window, exact times may fluctuate due to local traffic and weather conditions.

2. ANNUAL LIVE PLANTS

• Shipping Methods: plants are delivered, shipped via trusted regional parcel carriers USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground or made available for scheduled on-site pickup.

• Seasonal Shipping Restrictions: To protect the health of live plants, plants are only shipped during optimal planting seasons November through March. We do not ship live plants during periods of extreme summer heat or catastrophic freeze events.

• Perishable Handling: Plants are live, perishable agricultural products. It is the customer's responsibility to track the package and open it immediately upon delivery. We are not responsible for plant degradation if a package is left exposed to the elements on a porch or loading dock.

 

 

3. TREE SERVICES LOGISTICS

• Crew Arrival: On-site professional tree services do not involve product shipping. Our operational crews will arrive at your designated property with specialized trucks and equipment at your pre-scheduled appointment time.

• Service Coordination: Please review our main Terms & Conditions regarding property access, heavy machinery yard placement, and private utility line marking requirements before our crew arrives.

 

 

4. SHIPPING FEES & TRACKING

• Fee Structure: Freight and delivery fees are non-refundable once a truck has departed our facility or a parcel has been handed to a carrier.

• Order Tracking: For parcel shipments (plants), a tracking link will be emailed to you automatically when the label is created. For bulk dump-truck deliveries, our driver or dispatcher will call or text the number on file when your load is en route.
