Legal Disclaimer
Last Updated: August 19, 2026
Welcome to Synergy Tree & Firewood CORP. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website firewoodwholesale.net (the "Site"), as well as your purchase of firewood, screened compost, plants, and any booking of our professional tree services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing our Site, requesting a quote, or purchasing our products and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our Site or purchase our Services.
Terms & Conditions of Services
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS & ELIGIBILITY
-
Service Area: Our on-site tree services and bulk deliveries are restricted to specific regions within North Carolina. We reserve the right to refuse service or delivery outside our defined service boundaries.
-
Wholesale vs. Retail: Wholesale pricing for firewood, compost, or plants are subject to minimum order volumes as specified on our Site or formal quotes.
2. BULK DELIVERY POLICIES (FIREWOOD, COMPOST, PLANTS)
-
Delivery Drop Points: Bulk deliveries of firewood and screened compost are dropped at the curb or on a hard, flat driveway surface accessible by commercial trucks. Drivers will not pull off paved surfaces or onto unpaved yards unless a formal property damage waiver is signed.
-
Acreage and Dumping Hazards: The Customer must ensure the delivery area is clear of overhead obstructions (such as power lines, low tree branches, or roof overhangs) and subterranean hazards before the delivery vehicle arrives.
-
Perishable Plants: Plants are live, perishable goods. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to accept delivery promptly and care for the plants immediately upon drop-off. We offer no guarantees on survival rates once plants leave our custody.
3. TREE SERVICES & LIABILITY WAIVERS
-
Property Access & Authorization: The Customer warrants that they own the property where tree services are performed or have explicit written authority from the owner to conduct the work. The Customer grants our crews full access to the property for personnel, trucks, and heavy equipment.
-
Underground Utilities (NC 811): For tasks involving excavation, stump grinding, or deep-root work, we will coordinate with North Carolina 811 to mark public utility lines. However, the Customer is solely responsible for marking or mapping out all private subterranean systems (e.g., irrigation lines, invisible dog fences, septic tanks, private electric line extensions, or well lines). We are not liable for damage to unmarked private utility systems.
-
Heavy Equipment Yard Damage: Tree removal and tree trimming require heavy machinery (such as bucket trucks, cranes, or mini-skid steers). While our crews take reasonable precautions to protect your lawn, we are not liable for minor cosmetic yard damage, including tire ruts, lawn indentations, or cracked driveway pavement caused by the weight of standard operational equipment.
4. PAYMENT TERMS, FAUD, AND CANCELLATIONS
-
Credit Card Payments: All credit card transactions are processed securely via our third-party provider. By submitting payment info, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for orders or scheduled service deposits.
-
Tree Service Deposits: On-site tree services may require a 20% non-refundable deposit upon booking, with the remaining balance due immediately upon completion of the work.
-
Cancellation Policy: Bulk product orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund. On-site tree services require a 48-hour cancellation notice, or the deposit will be forfeited.
5. LIMITED WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
-
Firewood Seasoning: We declare our firewood options as "seasoned" or "kiln-dried" based on average industry moisture thresholds. Because storage environments vary after delivery, we do not warrant wood behavior if it is exposed to rain, ground moisture, or poor airflow post-delivery.
-
Screened Mulch Quality: Our compost is screened to remove large debris, but minor organic variations (such as tiny twigs or small stones) may naturally persist. We provide no warranty regarding specific agricultural yields or weed-free results.
-
Returns: Due to high freight costs, bulk truckloads of firewood and screened compost cannot be returned or refunded once dumped at the property.
6. INDEMNIFICATION & GOVERNING LAW
-
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Synergy Tree & Firewood CORP. and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, unauthorized property access representations, or failure to disclose private underground property lines.
-
Governing Law: These Terms and all operations of our business are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be filed in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina.
